Our Story
Host Solutions started with a simple observation: Adelaide's rental market wasn't working — for owners or tenants. Vacancies dragged on, maintenance was reactive, and shared households were unmanaged.
We built a co-living management model that pays owners a guaranteed monthly rent, keeps homes beautifully maintained, and gives residents a genuinely great place to live. Today we manage a growing portfolio of properties across metropolitan Adelaide.
